These terms apply to your use of somcommerce.com (the "website"), operated by Somcommerce GmbH, Via San Giorgio 2, 6976 Lugano, Switzerland, CHE-489.781.157. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Our services

The website describes the performance marketing services we offer. Nothing on it is an offer that you can accept to form a contract. Any engagement with Somcommerce is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

We work hard to keep the website accurate and current, but its content is general information, not advice for your situation. Results, figures and case studies describe past work for specific clients. They do not promise that you will get the same results.

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, design and code, belong to Somcommerce or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, change, republish or use our content or brand for commercial purposes without our written permission. Client names and logos belong to their owners and are shown with permission or as a factual reference to our work.

• Disrupt the website, for example with malware, scraping at scale or denial-of-service attacks.
• Send us false information or pretend to be someone else.

The website links to, and embeds, services run by others, such as Calendly for booking calls and our social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Lugano, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to go to court where you live.
